All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad.

India has introduced e-Tourist visa that can be obtained online. It can be used by International Travellers whose sole objective of visiting India is recreation, sightseeing, casual visit to meet friends or relatives, short duration medical treatment or casual business visit according to the visa website.
If your visit to India is to primarily to attend the conference, it is recommended you obtain a “Conference Visa”. The conference visa requires additional documentation such as an invitation letter from the conference organizers, approval letter from Ministry of External affairs, India and/or Ministry of Home affairs, India. Please contact us and we can provide the necessary letters and documents.
Please refer to the Indian consulate or counselor division website or office in your country of residence for the exact procedure and documents needed to obtain an Indian visa. It is recommend that you obtain a visa at least 30 days prior to your travel.
Delegates from Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, Foreigners of Pakistani Origin and Stateless persons, please register at the earliest, at least 60 days prior to the conference.
