Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests can be made by sending an email to ngbt2017@sgrf.org.
Refund is applicable as shown below:
- Till August 28^th, 2017 - 80% refund
- Till September 18^th, 2017 - 50% refund
- From September 19^th, 2017 onwards - No refund

Please note refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the meeting in October and will make every effort to get you refunded by October 30^th, 2017.
